Collection Points

NEW COLLECTION POINTS now available!

We have temporarily suspended collection points, but we have already made new locations available in some cities.

However, most of the old collection points were not viable for the new logistics, as orders arrive in the morning, and the fact that they could be collected at the end of the day, without being packaged and kept chilled, immediately made some of the old collection points unviable.

We had to find new collection points that had cold storage capacity to preserve your order until it was collected.

This new logistics requires partners with different conditions, which is why we have only been able to secure collection points in the cities of Porto, Lisbon, and Coimbra.

Delivery fee applied to all orders

We would also like to inform you that, from now on, collection points will only serve as an alternative to morning delivery, if you are unable to receive the order at home or at work during the stated hours.

Therefore, the delivery cost will be calculated in the same way as if it were delivered to your home.

This is because, in these cases, there is greater logistics involved, namely due to delivery to the collection point and refrigeration by the collection partner until the order is collected.

The way to avoid the delivery fee is for the order to be over €50.
