How to use the Monthly Pack?
Our Monthly Packs are the most advantageous as they offer customers a direct discount on their purchase.
This involves purchasing a specific credit in our online store for a lower value.
It works like a "Gift Card" where the customer buys a certain store credit, but in this case, for a lower price.
Example: When purchasing the "€200 Pack (€165+€35)", the customer will pay €165 for €200 credit in our online store. In other words, we offer a direct €35 for future purchases.
Monthly Pack Validity:
It is important to remember that these Monthly Packs must be used within one month of their purchase.
Example: If the Monthly Pack is purchased on September 14, 2024, the balance will only be available until October 14, 2024.
How to use the Monthly Pack?
Step 1:
In the "Monthly Packs" menu, you should choose the Pack that best suits your needs, based on the orders you plan to make within one month.
Bearing in mind that it expires within 1 month.
We offer 3 Monthly Packs:
- €135 Balance (€115+€20): Buy a €135 balance for €115. We offer €20.
- €150 Balance (€125+€25): Buy a €150 balance for €125. We offer €25.
- €200 Balance (€165+€35): Buy a €200 balance for €165. We offer €35.
Step 2:
When finalizing the purchase of the Monthly Pack, you must choose one of the available payment methods and complete the purchase.
Please note: This purchase must be made only with the selected "Monthly Pack" in the cart and not with other products in the same purchase.
Step 3:
After purchasing the Monthly Pack, you will receive an email with your pack code (it might go to SPAM).
In this email, you will find a link to find out the code associated with your Monthly Pack.
You must copy this code and paste it at the checkout of each order, in the discount code field, until the balance of your Monthly Pack is used up.
This way, the value of each order will be deducted from your Monthly Pack balance.

Save the code displayed by following the link, although you can consult it whenever you wish via this email.
Following the link will open a new page as exemplified in the image above.
Your Monthly Pack code will be in the lower right corner (yellow in the image) and has a button to its right, where you can directly copy the code to your clipboard.
Step 4:
After you have your Monthly Pack code, simply choose the meals for your order and, when finalizing it, paste that same code at checkout.
After pasting your Monthly Pack code at checkout, in the field (Gift card or discount code), simply click "Apply" and complete the purchase.
This way, the value of the order will be deducted from your Monthly Pack balance.
If you do not have enough balance in your Monthly Pack, there will be a remaining amount to pay, as the total value of your order exceeds the balance you still have available.
In these cases, you can go back and edit your order or pay the remaining amount with one of the available payment methods.
To order again the following week, once your balance is used up, you can now purchase a new Monthly Pack, to benefit from the best discount we have for you.
Do you have a Monthly Pack with a balance lower than the value of the order you want to place? How to proceed?
In cases where your current Monthly Pack does not have enough balance to complete the order you wish to place, you have two options:
1) If you wish to purchase a new Monthly Pack:
Purchase the new Pack in advance, first deduct the smaller balance from the old Pack, and then the remainder with the code from the new Pack.
In this situation, you must first use the code of your old Monthly Pack to exhaust its balance entirely, and then immediately reapply the new Pack code you just purchased to deduct the remaining value.
This way, you can always fully exhaust the values of the Packs.
NOTE: Do not use the balance of the old Monthly Pack to purchase a new Pack. The website will consider this misuse of the balance as fraud, and you will not be sent the code for the new Pack.
2) If you do not wish to purchase a new Monthly Pack:
Deduct the remaining balance and pay the rest.
In this situation, you should use the code of your current Monthly Pack to exhaust its balance entirely, and the remaining amount should be paid using one of the active payment methods on the website.

1) In the "Monthly Packs" menu, choose the "Check Balance" option.
2) Paste your Monthly Pack code into the requested field and click "Check Balance".
